Hi, there I'm Vera.

I'm a creative, curious and open-minded character and I love traveling and seeing parts of the world I haven’t been to (yet). I enjoy the company of other people, to hear their stories and to learn new things and skills. Beside that friends describe me as a sporty person since I like hiking, climbing, yoga or just simply going for a walk. Beside that I enjoy reading, or playing/listening to music.

I'm a primary teacher and recently finished my last state exam. I worked at schools for the last 4 years by now. Besides I am a trainer of a skiing group. I have experience in volunteering as I worked in social project in Buenos Aires/Argentina or the projects I did via workaway. Via workaway I did childcare, gardening and I helped at a construction project last year. I would be very happy to learn some new skills.
So, I'm an adventurous person that likes to work with other people especially with kids and I am always happy to make some new positive experiences.

Due to my studies and work, I am experienced in teaching and taking care of children. It is a great way of working since they are always honest, funny and (most of the time) friendly. I'm a trainer since 2015 so I'd say that I know how to handle a group of up to 15 kids.

On the other hand, I'm always happy to work outdoors. I grew up in the suburb with my parents spending every spare minute in the garden. Friends of mine live on a farm and from time to time I spend a week there working and/or taking care of their sheep and dog while they are gone. So, I know what to do in the household and how to take care of the beloved plants and animals.

I like to work as team, and I can easily integrate myself into an existing one but it´s no problem for me to work alone if I know what to do.
