Description
Hey there!
This account was made by two friends making a (not expected) one year- trip. It was our first time traveling without a flight back ticket. We traveled together and solo traveled around Central and South America, we made one dream come true. :)
Now, I’m starting one trip on my own way just in Brazil. This country has always been on my bucket list to explore it, and now with my humble experience I’m ready to spend as much as I can in this place. I feel very attracted by the culture, the music, the history and the energetic and warm people from Brazil.
I’m going to describe a few things about myself:
I’m a 24-year old girl from Barcelona. I’ve been working as a nurse, I graduated three years ago. As I started working, I traveled as much as I could. Before doing my one year travel, I discovered a lot from Europe and some countries of Central America. Doing long term travel was something that i always had in my mind, I know I want to do this as my lifestyle. Now I can think about a life without traveling.
I’m a very open and curious person, I always want to collect as many experiences in my life, mostly for self growth.I’m very sociable and I always want to meet people from abroad, think how much difference can be our lives just for the fact that we were raised in opposite countries. Also, I highly value time alone. As a resume about myself I would select these words: ambitious, funny, easy-going and passionate.
As for what I enjoy in my free time, I love to cook healthy things, I love to read, doing sports and playing the piano. I’m always interested in knowing new things.
I had several experiences as a volunteer/workawayer. My first solo trip I helped constructing a cafe in Belgium. And I volunteered in three different hostels, in Costa Rica (Puerto Viejo), and two in Colombia (The pacific Coast and Guatapé). I really enjoy volunteering, I have the feeling that these places are my home.Interests
