Hi all! This is Ivy from Hong Kong. I am a 29-year-old girl who works in the financial industry in Hong Kong but would like to broaden my horizon before my 30 come, so I have decided to start my working holiday to the Netherlands. I love to meet new friends and do some language exchange. Also, I love nature! I would love to work on some farm jobs, feeding animals, taking care of plants, etc. Also, I am interested in working in a hostel, baking jobs, winemaking, kid education etc.
Netherlands is my base of my travelling but I am always open to exploring different countries if there is some interesting projects I can jump in! if someone is looking for a helping hand at your farm, or some jobs related to my internet, please feel free to reach out!

Yes, I am very interested in both learning and teaching languages during my working holiday in the Netherlands. As a beginner, I do not know any Dutch yet, but I am eager to start learning. I believe that understanding and speaking Dutch will greatly enhance my experience in the Netherlands, allowing me to connect more deeply with the local culture and people. In addition to learning Dutch, I would love to teach Chinese. I have some experience in tutoring Chinese and enjoy helping others learn about my language and culture. Teaching Chinese would be a wonderful way to give back to the community, make new friends, and create a mutual exchange of knowledge and culture.

In Hong Kong, I worked as an HR in an international company, I love meeting new friends, exploring new cultures, and especially engaging in teamwork. I am a team player who will try my best to achieve team goal. Also I am resilient and easy to adapt to new environments. I love craftwork and I don't mind working on tedious jobs. I believe I am a detail-minded person who can work on some fine works which need special attention. Also, I can cook (not very good at it, but definitely acquired the basic cooking skills) and help on cleaning jobs.
