Hello, my name is Julien and I am 23 years old. I have just finished my studies as a water engineer, and before entering the professional world I would like to travel through the opportunities and activities that Workaway allows.
I am a curious, open-minded person and I am excited to accompany projects and learn from the work that is offered.

I am sensitive to environmental issues and highly motivated to get involved in sustainable development projects, whether it be responsible agriculture or construction activity. Although I do not have direct experience in those fields, I am committed to actively contributing and learning from others’ knowledge and skills. I am a perseverant, dedicated individual who is ready to fully engage in these initiatives.

I spent a month with Andrew and his family, and it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed taking part in the various tasks that Andrew always offered me with kindness and thoughtfulness. I also had the honor of inaugurating their new cabin, which is very lovely and comfortable !

Julien was the perfect Workaway as he was very pleasant company, easy going, positive and hard working. My office job became very busy while Julien was with us meaning he had to work for much of his stay alone. Julien was with us for a month and was a great addition to the farm. He is thoughtful, diligent and kind. He is very interesting to talk to and fitted in extremely well. Even with the mundane tasks he was enthusiastic and made them as fun as possible. We spent a great deal of his stay clearing fields and he worked at my pace and thought ahead.
